4th December - Two Somerset Sambo & SJJA students celebrate wins

Dan Adams won his 2nd MMA fight to advance his record to 2-0.

Somerset Sambo is holding a weekend of Sambo training with Vadim Kolganov on Sat 30th Oct and Sun 31st Oct.

Another victory for the Fight Team!

Two days rest & we're back into "light" training today (by "rest" I mean doing no training at all, but I have been exercising the liver quite well - we'll cut back on that just a little come new year)
