Do you know what frustrates me?

people that talk but don't act!
people that talk about what they need to do to improve and then do the same old things;
people that want to drill the basics then spend the session fighting;
people that talk about fighting & then never step up;
people that tell everyone else what they are doing wrong but ignore advice themselves;
people that tell everyone how good they are but are full of excuses when asked to prove it;
people that say they want to get better then train once a week every other week

If you want to talk about something, step back for a second & have a rethink. Do it first & talk about it afterwards.

When its applied to martial arts & so-called martial artists, "An empty can rattles the most" is one of the most apt & most truthful phrases I have ever heard!

Shut up

>sigh< glad I got that off my chest

Edit:
I'm going to add to the list...

People that dismiss a move out of hand because it doesn't work first time or they don't do it properly
People that use the same move over & over & over in technical sparring because they know it works & they want to win (you are missing the point fellas!!!)
Instructors that moan about being frustrated (ha ha ha)

This is good therapy...might keep this one going...
